Every month I do an eft payment into my medical aid yet every month I get an sms stating my account will be suspended for non payment, i call the call centre and the consultants go through my account and even confirm I'm in credit, they then state they will get someone from billing to call me as they don't understand whats wrong. I had a billing consultant call me who clearly had no idea what she was talking about, i asked for my detailed statement, two weeks later i still haven't received it. Please train your staff as this is becoming quite frustrating. The service is terrible i expect more from a well know company such as your selves and please I'm not interested in more cases just sort out your issues. Is this how you treat your members?
