Discovery Health is pathetic

I have been with Discovery Health for almost 3 years now and all of a sudden I receive a sms stating that my medical aid have been suspended. I spoke to a lady in the call centre and she confirmed that my debit order did not go off, I asked her 3 to 4 times what my outstanding balance is and she confirmed all 3 times that it is R868.00. I phoned them now and now they tell me that the account is still in arrears. I mean really. what is the use of a medical aid if they treat you like this. I pay every month and just because my debit order did not go off, they suspend everything. This is a Disgrace.
