Pathetic service from Discovery Health

9 months ago I added my wife as a beneficiary to my Discovery medical aid and up until today we still haven't received her medical aid card. Firstly, I was told that the card was sent to my old address, this address was changed and I was told to expect the card after 6 weeks (this was in May), and nothing came through. When I enquired 4 weeks ago, the call centre agent (Keegan) told me that the card was "mistakenly" sent back to my old address (for the 2nd time, pathetic). He then promised that he was going to courier the card to me within a week. The card wasn't delivered, when I enquired again, another call centre agent (Karin) told me that she was going to follow up with the courier company and revert back with feedback on that same day. She never called us or give any feedback, up until now we still haven't received our card, yet we pay our premiums in full every month. Pathetic service and fed up with from the call centre agents (Karin and Keegan). This is disgusting, especially from such a company which prides itself on service delivery. WHATS REALLY COMPLICATED ABOUT SENDING OR COURIERING A CARD???
