TROUBLE RE INSTATING MY MEDICAL AID WITH U

WOW I actually want to sort out my medical aid so I can be covered and discovery is dragging their Heels. I have called countless times and spoken to so many people including managers, the accounts department to consultants who have no idea and some who are very unhelpful FYI if you work in a customer service centre why don't you be of service.

I keep getting emails saying they will contact me in 3 days this either doesn't happen or someone emails me a confusing email telling me I must pay I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT SO PLEASE CALL SO I CAN SORT THIS OUT. This has been going on since late November and I still haven't been able to achieve re instating my medical aid
I WANT TO SORT OUT MY MEDICAL AID SO I AM COVERED. please advise if this is hard to understand

If my account is not re instatesd I want the 2 payment i have made refunded and i will take my business elsewhere
