Dr is still not paid

I've had a query prior regarding my maternity benefits at the hospital but that was sorted out and I was assured that all accounts have been settled, my doctor called me today and she says she has 2 outstanding amou nts, a R243.97 for 22/08/12 and a R414.44 for 19/09/12, why were these amou nts not settled?
