Lancet illegally transfers an account

After my father passed away in Dec there was an outstanding Lancet account. When they phoned & asked to speak to him I explained this. They promptly transferred the debt to my name. This is ILLEGAL! There is a proper process for settling an estate debt! Without any notice from them handed me over to their debt collectors. I discovered the one bill was because the lab used the wrong code. When I contacted Lancet they apologised for transferring the debt illegally and for their mistake. They agreed to remove me from their list of collectors & that I could pay what was rightfully owed once their mistake was rectified. Now I still have the ICT phoning and screaming at me and threatening to list me! Fix this immediately you bunch of idiotic baboons
