I am f*en angry about Bankmed< I was hospitilised 20/09/2013 and medical aid cover 100% hospital care, I am a chronic patient, I received statement that Bankmed rejected hospital payments< I also have a pending bill which they short paid on the 21/06/2013, I was considering to include my husband on Bankmed medical aid but
I have changed my mind, with Bankmed when u are sick they add it with more stress, Bankmed doesnt live up to it`s standard, I am also waiting for the refund R500< i have phone their office`s no response..sent email no feedback except rejections statements..Bankmed is really incompetent, Bankmed have a bad service and incompetent, I cant recommend it to anyone
