I was admited to Pretoria East hospital in May 2013. Ever since then my hospital bill has not been settled. There was miss- comunication between the hospital accounts department and Bankmed claims department. According to Bankmed there was an over billing from the hospital side. But what bugs me the most is that nobody is communicating with each other. I has to call and try to resolve the matter, calling the hospital and bankmed and also sending emails trying to solve the matter. I am paying alot of money on my medical aid and their behavour is just unsatisfactory. I received very very very very BAD service
