This has been a outstanding query since 2011. I recently received my ITC credit report and it still reflects that I owe money to Telkom after settling this account in 2012 for an amount of R .92. After many conversations with Telkom I was assured this will be corrected, yet another year later has passed and still this has not been resolved. I want this resolved as this is an incorrect account on my name, even after settling this account.
