Not the 5th year wedding anniversary I anticipated

We booked into the Sun City Cabanas hotel to celebrate our 5th year wedding anniversary - how exciting - only to be placed into a room which was situated RIGHT next to the laundry room! We heard the machines and trolleys most of the night - NOT romantic! We also found a spider on the pillow - quite dangerous considering we have a 2 year old! We then heard that half of the casino was closed. Surely someondue to an upgrade could have brought this to our attention when making the booking OR for an alert to be on your website?? Not good, especially since it was a weekend and with people hogging 2 or more machines at a time (really - this should not be allowed) - might I just add, when upgrading my card, the hostess suggested that I keep my previous card so that I "could play 2 machines at once! " I complained about all of this and got upgraded to the Sun City hotel on Sunday night which was nice except for the part where housekeeping barged into my room at 22:15 to turn down the bed!! I got such a fright as I was not expecting anyone esp at this part of the night and having just got out of the shower!! Not impressed and disappointed as this was supposed to be a special wkend away :(
