5 Star Comforts With 2 Star Service

My wedding anniversary nightmare thanks to the Taj.
Went to bed at 2am. Could not go to sleep be cause the sound of base was filtering into my room from somewhere. I called front desk and spoke to the manager who claimed to have absolutely no idea where the music was coming from. After my 3rd call at 5am, the manager admits that the disturbance was coming from a club just below my room. I was in room 701 so how loud does the music have to be to filter into my room?
Asked whether they had this problem before and the manager admitted having it in the past (so why pretend not to know where the noise was coming from?)
Horrible, horrible, horrible service for a 5 star hotel.
To make matters worst. At check out I respectfully conveyed my horror story to the lady at front desk and I received absolutely no compassion from her and no urgency to rectify. Wow disgusting!! I never experienced such bad service at a hotel before.
A had a similar issue at a hotel in Beijing and in no time I was moved to a different room.
