Shocking service

Hi there. BOOKED on Monday morning to arrive on Tuesday evening on a work trip for 4 days. NON smoking and checking in on TUESDAY evening. On Monday night I had a call late that night to ask why I hadn't arrived at the hotel after confirming on email and telephone that I was NOT checking in on Monday night as my confirmation sms suggested. Arrive at the hotel to a smoking room. When asked why having booked the day before the receptionist says "it doesn't matter the room doesn't stink" 1st of all mate, it does! Then when asking how this happens when I pre booked that they have no non smoking rooms he shrugged his shoulders and says "I dunno, that's all we have" No appology of any sort. Just handed me my key card and continued to the next poor sod in the door. Disgusting and I will NEVER return to this place.
