Joined a Liberty Medical Scheme in March 2013.
Still waiting for my Welcome pack - still have no membership card.

Last week, I sent an enquiry on 23 July 2013 to [URL Removed] regarding changing plans.
Now 5 days later and no response or contact from ANYONE - besides an automated email with a reference number, and a promise of "Feedback will be relayed SHORTLY either telephonically or via e-mail".
5 Days and no response - it would then not be unfair to say that there is NO ONE monitoring their enquiries email address.
I hate to think what it would be like if I actually had to make use of my plan for anything. I.e. claims/authorisations

The call centre is an absolute joke as well - the number you dial goes to a service where you have to sift through selections for I don't know how many other medicals schemes, besides Liberty.

The nice thing about Liberty Medical is their Membership Rewards. Other than that the service is non-existent.

Should definitely have read all these hundreds and hundreds of complaints on Hello Peter before I joined Liberty Medical.

I wonder if Andrew Edwards reads or even cares about the service issues Liberty clients are experiencing.
