Groupon booking gone bad again

We have made a booking for 20 July 2013 for Matingwe Lodge. It was as disastrous. We made a booking for Friday the 19th in addition to our groupon booking of the 20th, planning to take the day off and book in at 14h00 as was stated the book-in time is. On Thursday evening, I received a phone call saying that they had a personal issue to deal with and could only receive us at 17h00. We accommodated their request. We arrived at 16h50 at their gate, after traveling via a 30 km dangerous dirt road. They neglected to tell us there is no cellphone reception in that area.By 17h10 we travelled up and down the road, trying to get reception which we could not. At this stage we were getting very anxious since we were two ladies alone without any cell phone reception and it was getting close to sunset. A kind man from Kololo game reserve close by Matingwe stop to help us.. He offered that we use the phone at Kololo, which we did. We contacted Andre Schlebush who told us they are 10-15 minutes away and we should meet them at the gate. We went back and waited another 25 minutes without them arriving.
