WORST SPA EVER

What a bunch of rude, dirty and incompetent!

I bought a VIP Spa Package through Groupon, and booked the VIP Spa Package for me an my husband for yesterday, 13 Feb. It was an early Valentine's Day present.

When booking, we were told to be there at 11h30.

We arrived at 11h20 and when we reported to reception, there was 1 therapist, and when we arrived, her exact words were: Eish! We have a problem. The people are not working today! When I told her that we had a booking, she said that they then should be there in another 1 or 1 1/2 hours!

I then tried to call the owner on the two cellphone numbers provided - no one picked up.

When we asked if there is any place where we can wait, she said she is busy cleaning, and we should wait in the car!

My husband then asked if he could at least use the bathroom, and she ignored him, and started walking away... He then walked around until he found a bathroom and she was not happy at all

Thank goodness that Kyle from Groupon was so helpful, and we got a full refund! We left within 10 minutes from arriving and will never go back.

I hope they close down soon. The sooner the better
