Medshield not giving any customer service

Good Morning

I have an big complain about Medshield and this is not the first time we have an problem with this medical aid. My son went for an Dental Operation on the 12 of June 2013 and I received an authorise number form the medical aid that he can go for the operation and we don't need to pay anything in. I phoned the medical aid on the 19th of June 2013 to confirm they have received the account and they said yes and they gave me a ref number and everything. Now today I received an e-mail form the Day Clinic that the account has not been paid by the medical aid. I phoned Medshield to speak to a manager and they are all in a meeting. They are only sending the claim for payment today. It takes a month for an account to be paid!!! They said a manger will phone me back but no one as phoned me as yet.
