Crayfish Inn
Bad attitude

We went to Crayfish Inn, Ramsagate for a a meal. I ordered Queen Prawns which were delicious. My husband ordered sole. The first one arrived. Soaked in oil. Called manager and advised her of this. She apologized and said they would do another one but can she get him (my husband) a drink while he waited for his second sole. Presumably on the house. While waiting for the 2nd sole to arrive we ordered a 2nd bottle of wine. The 2nd sole arrived which again was not up to may husbands liking. I also tasted it and found it a bit tough & chewy. We mentioned this to manager. We did not expect and was not wanting a freebie but when the bill arrived it was for the full amount of the meal & 2 bottles of wine. Where was the free drink offered when waiting for the 2nd sole. When we left the restaurant the manager's attitude stunk. We come to down to Ramsgate about 6 times a year and definitely will not go back to Crayfish Inn again.
