Waited for more than 2 hours for our food

On Sunday 12/05/2013I made a booking for 10 people. Seen that it was mothers day, my 77 year old mother and 81 year old father was with us. I made the booking for 14h00 we arrived there at exactly 14h00 and was seated immediately. We all ordered drinks which we waited for about 30 minutes. When the waiter brought the drinks he not only spilt the coke all over my youngest daughter but let the bottles fall and break under our table. Understandable this was an accident and could be overlooked. My husband and eldest daughter ordered starters together with everyone else's main meal. The starters eventually arrived at 15h00.By 15h30 I complained to our waitress that it has been over an hour and we still have not received our meals. The manager did come and apologise saying that the kitchen was very busy, it being mothers day and all and our food will be ready shortly. At 16h00 our food arrived. Not only was my and my husband's meal cold, but the sole fish I ordered with my platter was still raw. After spending R1600 on our meal we expected the service we were paying for. We will never again eat at Crawdaddy's as the entire experience was dissapointing.
