Bad service

6April at lunch we sat down got menus there was no wine list so i asked for one and ordered a beer 15min later the beer came and a cocktail list (no wine list), not wanting to wait i ordered a cocktail, 15min later the waiter came back telling me they are out of stock it was a simple cocktail i cannot believe that a place like this will be out of stock on these ingredients, anyway not wanting to wait another 15min for a wine list i ordered a glass of white house wine again 15min later the waiter arrived with my wine (no ice) which took him another 10min to get.
Finally after sitting down for almost an hour i had something to drink. Our food came shortly after this i ordered 6 queen prawns and received 12 small ones. If there was no stock they should have told me so that i can order something else, i work at a 4star wedding/conferencing venue and something like that will never happen over here, it is a disgrace.
To top it all off the waiter was not very talkative (not telling mussels don't come with bred can i offer you some) or welcoming or friendly (TX), i never received such bad service anywhere else, I'm sure a spur lunch would have been better than what we received here.
