Atrocious service

On holiday in margate and being our last night. We decided to eat at the legendary crayfish inn. Booked a table for 19h30 and arrived o time. The place wasnt overly full and we ordered.By 21h30 we hadnt eaten. This was sad because we called for our bill and we were told the kitchen was manic. So freakin what People were eating who arrived way after us. What happened to the day when manager/owners gave a. No one in authority even bothered to come and apologise. It is sad when an Institution crumbles. They will not see me again.
