Vicky Crease Catering
No salmon received even after paying for it

I attended my cousins wedding on Saturday, 30 Nov 13 at Shepstone Gardens, where Vicky Crease did the catering. Beforehand we discussed the menu with Lindie Marais, and I indicated that a vegetarian meal would not suffice for me on the day. She gave us the options of chicken or fish being served at the wedding for my sister and I, who both don't eat fillet. It was confirmed with Lindie and the bill was paid beforehand.

I am expecting my first child at the moment, and my food needs are very specific, therefore the discussion prior to the wedding. I am allergic to many things, and I can't survive on rice and vegetables alone. To me this does not constitute a balanced meal, as there is no sign of protein on the plate.

If Lindie told us she could not cater for our needs, I would've made sure that I brought myself some food to the wedding. But instead of this, it seems like she preferred to tell us that she would cater for us, but just decided that she would ignore it and rather apologize afterwards. Looking at her e-mail that she sent to us in September, I can now see that this was her plan all along. I am truly disappointed in the way your company operated.
