Overall very bad experience

I reserved a table at Mikes Kitchen Polokwane on the morning of 3 December 2013 for 8 people at 17:00. I was not the first to arrive at the restaurant and my guests were met by confusion as they were told that no such booking was made. We then got another table which was apparently for another booking. In any case, we then proceeded to order drinks; I ordered a bottle of Nederburg Chenin Blanc for the table. When the drinks arrived, it was the incorrect bottle of wine upon which the waiter went to fetch the correct wine. Two more guests arrived and their drink orders were taken (two beers) and brought to the table, at which time the wine still haven't arrived. I was then informed that the wine was out of stock and I ordered the van Loveren Chenin No.5. At 18:25 we ordered the main courses. At that stage one person has left and we were only seven people left. When the food eventually arrived at 19:15 3 out of the 7 orders were incorrect, the most shocking being that one of my guests are a vegetarian who ordered vegetarian cannelloni. She was brought a baked potato with a salmon slice and spinach on the side. Of course she was very put off by this. She then told the (cont in comment)
