Don't go there!

My husband and I took our admin staff for lunch to say thank you for the hard work through the year. We arrived at 12:00 and ordered a bottle of wine and starters which arrived not too quickly but we were in good spirits and the food was delicious, so we did not mind. Then the nightmare started - the main course which was ordered with the starters arrived only at 13:40 with an apology. When we left and complaint, the oner/manager was called and his main concern was that we should not tell friends and customers about the poor service! Pathetic!! They will never see us again and surely I will tell the world about their bad service. We were one of 2 tables with 4 people each at the time. Wonder what will happen when they are busy?
