False billing and shocking service

Firstly, my membership was declared on the highest premium, in April this year. I had since submitted declarations, proof of income and all necc. docs. I then had to pay in for months which I was not even covered.
Once re-instated, I received a confirmation email on the 6th of June, for my premium at R666, and on 01 July, I was debited R3021!!! Thus causing other debits to be rejected on my account!!! When calling your call centre, they said that my application was only processed ont he 26th of June, when I had submitted my docs before the 3rd of JUNE!!! WHY IS THIS MY FAULT WHEN YOU ONLY PROCESSED THEM LATE!!!
I had to take the time and petrol to reverse this at the bank. I then EFT'd the R666 for July, emailed the POP& then got a mail confirming the POP received! TODAY, I receive an email saying I have been SUSPENDED! Once speaking to the agent, she says, its a GENERAL email for due to so many suspended memberships! Your service and admin is beyond shocking, I have still not had one apology, and I will be sure NOT to recommend you to anyone I know due to the lack of efficiency from your company!
