Monthly Premium Increased Incorrectly

I am quit upset with how Discovery runs their finances. I (as was requsted) sent through my income verifications docs before the due date. Thereafter i received an email stating that my premium for 2013 would stay on the lowest income bracket. In January the correct amount was debited from my account. Now in February (due to their "backlog" of admin), they realised they made a mistake and just moved me onto the higher bracket of income and with that deducting more that double my normal premium. Without any notice or sending me any correspondence regarding that. I was advised to reverse my debit order and manually pay the correct amount which was done and now they saying i need to settle the rest? Im sorry but i dont see how their backlog and lack in communication must now have me pay more than double than what was confirmed? I have sent many emails and no one seems to take the time and phone me. No i have no medical cover... i wonder who will be paying for my medical costs should something happen to me!?!
