Premium got deducted again after a month's notice!

On the 27th of June 2013 I phoned Discovery to cancel my medical aid. I spoke to Shaheen Udemans and he said I have to give a months notice and I said it is fine. He said he will send me documents saying my medical aid is cancelled, I never received it. On the 10th of July 2013 my premium went off and I understood that, that was my month's notice premium (Because from the 27 June until 27 July is a month and that premium falls between these dates. And my premium for June went off the 10th of June). But on the 10th of August 2013 my premium went off again!!! (It's over a month! (1 Month Notice) 27 June - 27 July is a month) I will not just let his go! I haven't got money to waste. I need my money back!
