No response after querie

Dear Sir/Madam

I received an email form One Plan on the 18th of June informing me that
my monthly premiums will be going up In September, this after I have
been a member with this company for barely one month. I sent an email back to Michael Otten (who originally sent me the mail) on the 20th of June asking for an explanation as to why the monthly
payment is going up in September as normal premium increase on payment are increased annually. I never heard from him and sent him a second email on the 27th of June asking for a response. I still received no response.

This is when I sent a mail to [Email Removed] (apparently the ombudsman) on the 4th of July, and got no response from anyone. I sent a last email to another ombudsman [Email Removed] on the 26th of July making a final appeal for an answer to my queries. I gave them until the 30th of July to respond. I still received no feedback, neither an acknowledgement to say that the email was received.

I am seriously at my wits end and am considering cancelling my medical insurance. I really do not want to do this as I need this medical insurance, but as I say if this is the type of after service one receives from OnePlan
