Account suspended but it was paid, proof sent 2 MB

i send marie botha proof of payment on the 1 Nov 13, payment was done 0n the 21 Oct 2013 for R163 and for R155 on the 29 Oct 2013 R10 on the 30 Oct 13, I phoned her and she confirmed that my account was sorted she can't explain why it did not show as payment on their side.

Now I'm getting sms that I should pay at FNB the other sms state my account is suspended because no payment was received, what is wrong with this picture as I'm really annoyed with this. Fix this mess TODAY OR I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSWHERE, THOSE WHO WHERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MUST FORWARD ME AN APOLOGY FOR BEIGN INCOMPITENT NXXXXX.
