Worst Guest House

We had our wedding during June 2013 at Rosemary Hill and we booked and paid for all the bridesmaids to sleep at Waenhuis Guest House in Pretoria (about 2km away from Rosemary Hill). Their husbands' booked into the Guest House on the Saturday of the wedding, went for lunch and when they returned all there luggage was removed from the rooms and placed on the lawn. Ansu said that there was a double booking and that my wife never made a reservation with the bridesmaids. This was a massive problem as all the bridesmaids lived in Johannesburg and had to drive back after the wedding.
During the following week we sent her all the proof of payments and correspondence to get the money back. After numerous emails, Ansu's reluctance to refund the money and angry phone calls everyone received their money back after 3 weeks. Ansu never said that she was sorry and never apologised for the inconvenience it caused. Her only excuse was that she had two bookings that weekend regarding a wedding at a surrounding venue with my wife's name and surname... WHAT ARE THE CHANCES???
We are still waiting for her to prove the double booking with my wife's first and last names.
