We booked this hotel for a 6 night stay in Cape Town, on our first night, the aircon in the room wasn't working, so the staff tried to settle the issue with a fan. On pushing them further, they finally gave us another room in the middle of the night. The next day, at 4PM the staff tried to push their way into the room with a master key while we were taking a small holiday nap. They insisted that we need to switch rooms as they had a family coming over and this was their only family room and also made up a story about having to check us out/in everyday. So basically, we had to switch rooms twice in 24 hours for no fault of ours. The last thing you would like to do on a holiday is constantly pack up and move because the hotel can't provide better service. Very frustrating and disappointing.
