Consultant not well informed, giving wrong info

I called in at Discovery health tring to change may secondary DR, was assisted by a lady called Shahana Khan. Told her what i needed done and i gave her all the Dr details as per the 2013 list that was sent to me. She confidently said that the practice number i gave her was not picking up the DR and i repeated the same practice nymber several times and she still stood by her decision that it was wrong, i asked her to hold the phone while i get the Dr on another line to confirm. The Dr confirmed all his details and even went on to say they just helped a patient this morning to add him (DR) on the patients midical aid and it went through succesfully. When back on the line wit Shahana and told her what the Dr said and she was still confident that that Dr was not on the list and that i should get the correct info and call again.

I called back and was helped by a different consultant and it took her 5 seconds to confirm the DR was on the list and she succesfully added her on my medical aid.

Clearly Shahan does not know her work and the fact that she even said the Dr gave the wrong info. Im autterly disgusted by this service i got, as it was a waist of my time and airtime :) :)
