Glass and hair found in food

I went to Outer Limits with my family and found a piece of glass in my food, when I complained I was given a very bad attitude by the waiter. I then tried to speak to a person in charge - Simon who was too busy. My family tried to be nice and carried on eating until my son found two hairs in his food. I tried to speak to Simon again and he continued to be very rude and did not even apologise. I am appalled by the hygiene and bad service and have spoken to some of my friends who had the same experience.
