LANCET IS JOKE

Lancet is a joke, on the e-mail here it says an e-mail is being sent to me but nothing has been received from them till today. Instead they still have not allocated the payment I made to ITCBA (their lawyers) on the 26th of April already, my money is sitting on their side earning interest but they don't see it on their bank statement, despite having provided them with proof of payment about 5 times already.
Will make sure my doctors never do any of my tests with them again. Such incompetency is unbelievable.
Maybe the should be on the 702 spotlight and the whole public can know about them.
