Preferred Network GP

I'm trying to find a GP from your preferred list, after numerous calls and emails you keep telling me about the same Dr. The number just rings and the address that's listed does not exist. I have found 2 Dr's practice's with the same name after 1 minute on google. The first number, the Dr does not practice there anymore and the other is in Pretoria and I'm in Joburg. The info on your site is wrong and I'm so irritated that no one at Bankmed could take the time to verify this and rather just tell me that as a member I'm wrong and just believe, blindly, what Dr's tell them. No wonder there is so much in the medical field. Does anyone at Bankmed verify what's on the list? Useless! Also your agent had the gall to tell me that the GP's on your network charge a higher rate but it is still nearly R200 cheaper than what my nearest GP charges.
