No feedback from Discovery on my claim

I travelled overseas with my wife and daughter to Mauritius from the 3rd to the 10th of August 2013. While there, my daughter fell ill and she needed to see a doctor and had some tests done and medicine prescribed to her. On Monday the 12th of Aug I submitted my claim form as received from Discovery. Two weeks later I had not heard anything and followed up on the 26th Aug. The consultant tried to pass the buck and said I needed to speak directly to Discovery's Third Party Insurer and gave me the number. I phoned the Third Party who said that they couldnt help me and she put me through to Discovery again. Discovery then told me that I needed to add all the invoices. I asked why I had to follow up to find out that they needed more info from me. They apologised and promised to have it sorted out within 3-5 days. Today, 7 days later, I had to follow up agin only to find out that they again dont have all the info needed to process the claim. The lady at Discovery said the also needed my passport and tickets. I will be sending it back to Discovery again today. I dont know what to do to get someone to take ownership of this claim and just help me get it done. This is terrible service.
