Excellent, competent service

I called into the Discovery Health call centre on 11 Sept to enquire about OTs and how they're covered on my plan. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Joslyn. In addition to providing me with concise, accurate info, she offered to call me back later that day, once I had Procedure Codes, so she could give me the exact Discovery Health rate for each. She gave me names of OTs in my area and surroundings as well as their rates compared to Discovery Health - most of this info was volunteered. In addition, she called me promptly at the arranged time and provided me with the rates as per the codes I'd finally obtained. Thank you SO much Joslyn. I've been with Discovery health for about 12 years, and no consultant has ever offered such pro-active, sincere assistance.
