Poor Communcation and Double debiting

Our Best med account was suspended last month due to insufficient funds, we received an sms asking us to call immediately, we done so only to find that bestmed is closed over weekends. so we waited until the monday and checked our bank statement, it seems that bestmed had deducted the money but for some reason put it back in my wifes account. so we attempted contacting them again to no avail. my wife was bounced between 3 different people and got no where, i myself had emailed bestmed to no response. we then decided to wait until the end of May without any service. now today we receive another sms stating that the account is still suspended, when checking the banking details we see that the payment was taken off, however bestmed attempted to take off the amount twice!? Now I can understand if they were taking off the installment twice to cover last month if they were providing a service. but since the account was "suspended" no service was provided? So according to the CPA I shouldn't have to pay for last months debit. without clear communication as to what should transpire we find ourselves without medical cover and nobody from bestmed is free to assist us.
