Unused Savings Money

I called Bestmed today to find out when my left-over savings from 2014 can be paid out to me, just to be told that it won't ever be paid out, and only transferred to my Bonus Account in 4 months time??

So, in truth, if some members don't ever use their savings, the money will literally just pile up in their accounts whilst Bestmed still charges their exorbitant fees, without ever compensating the member?

Chances are that we will not be with Bestmed in four months time, which means they are actually this money from us. All you are giving me is more and more reason to look for another medical scheme. Please sort this out before I take it up with the CMS.
