No refund on presciption I had to pay cash

I had to pay cash to Dischem on a prescription. Over R1000 I paid. Then after complaining to Bestmed about the problem they refunded the money to Dischem. Why? Dischem did not pay for that medication I did and I also provided Bestmed with the cash payment slips. Dischem in the meantime saw the mistake that Bestmed made and refunded Bestmed with that money. Now I am still waiting for Dischem to pay me (the client who had paid the medication in cash).
I have been with Bestmed for many years and I am very unhappy with how 2013 has been going with Bestmed.
