Bestmed suspend account when paid up, Embarrassing

Read the fine print of your medical aid contract with Bestmed. Do you know if you do not pay your monthly debit order even if it is Bestmeds fault (in my case change of banking details they did not process) they will suspend or cancel your account with no services. The worst part is when you do sort the problem out they will claim double monthly payments for a suspended account and no services for the months you did not pay. In other words you pay for no services!
Even worse, once you have paid and are up to date they still keep your account suspended. This happened to me and how embarrassing it is to get a phone call from your doctor who has been with the family for over 20 years. Then the icing on the cake - when you try and sort it out there is no response from the company on two different email addresses.
And don't waste your time reporting it too the medical council. They replied to my complaint that that I should read the legal requirements attached from Bestmed. Now for a Joe Public lets face it those legal requirements are amaze. Would have been a bit more professional to get it explained in our basic language. Oh and don't even try the legal route it will bankrupt you.
