Repeated Disgusting Service From Discovery Health

I submitted a dentist app claim on the 25th Nov for the amount of R1 459. On my email to Discovery I wrote that if there is any query please contact me on my cell number I provided. A few days later I go online to see that the claim is rejected due to them not seeing the date on the claim. I phone discovery on the 28th to be told that the date is clear and they will resubmit the claim...(No Feedback!) I phone the 5th Dec, to be told the same and they will resubmit (No Feedback!) I phoned again today, and the consultant tells me it's because in the narrow date column on the IDC claim the 13 is cut off from 2013! My frustration with Discovery is that there is NO customer service, nor feedback! I have made 3 half an hour phone calls to try and sort this out, but up until now no one has the courtesy of servicing a long standing customer. I have eventually to a Manager (Mags Dabadeen) and hopefully she will sort it out today. Discovery is happy to take thousands from me each month, but it's convenient for them to slip away without having to pay my dentist claim! I'm truly disgusted in Discovery's repeated bad service (This is not the first time) and I will be looking to move.
