Ongoing claim problem

I am posting here as I just cannot deal with another person in the call centre who gives me the wrong information and there is no point in emailing discovery as they ignored my emails to [Email Removed] for three weeks until I posted my problem here.

This relates to the same claim that my last hello peter problem and numerous emails relate to. Finally, someone phoned me and told me that the system had made an error but that I need to resubmit the claim for it to be processed correctly. I did this on the 13th of August and received reference number 2962969599 back. I then received an email on the 16th from dailyclaims with negative amounts and no payment indicating that this claim has been processed before.

Please can someone who actually knows what is going on at Discovery resolve this.
