No response to email queries

Discovery did not pay a claim made for treatment for the 2013/7/8.

The reasons supplied do not make sense (code 476 and code 516).

I sent a query to [Email Removed] on the 16th of July and received the reference number 2931476508. I have had no reply from discovery despite their email saying I will be contacted within 3 days. I then logged another email to find out what was happening on the 24th of July with reference 2942599196 but have still had not feedback.

What is the point of offering an email communication option if you never reply.
