Day 1.- 17 May 2013 I submitted a claim. Claim was rejected due to nappi codes. Day 2 -Resubmitted claim with nappi codes. Day 3 - Claim could not be read. Resubmitted claim, Day 4 - called and confirmed with consultant that it could be read, did line for line. All well. Day 5 - Claim rejected again as could now cannot be read??? Day 6 - Drove to walk in centre and hand delivered original - explained to helpfull consultant. Day 7- Part claim paid other line not put through. Day 8 - Called consultant explained that i need to rescan and send as claim unclear. Said no as I handed in the original. What more must I do??? The multi billion rand discovery cannot even install the proper equipment so that claims are made easier for their members. Instead we are made to run around, resubmit and basically BEG for a refund. Now the issue is that they keep trying to resubmit the same line that has been paid and ignoring the line that hasnt been paid. For this inconvenience I pay R7900pm and Discovery finds every reason to get more out of us. Please can the whole claim be scrutenised and please can you refund me the line that is outstanding.
