Never had such bad service and attitude

My son was rushed by the ambulance to Peglerae Life Healthcare in Rustenburg on 26 May 2013. The attitude we received from the admission clerk to the doctor (not even decent enough to greet) was poor. He laid in ER for 4 hours (after x-rays had been taken!) before the results of the x-rays were given that his ankle was broken and he needed surgery!!! Whenever my husband asked they said "we are still awaiting feedback"... I am so disappointed with the overall service even from the desk clerk at admissions who had to sell me earphones for the television. She was lying on the chair as if it was a kicked back lazy boy chair and got up with great effort after taking the money! If I knew this before hand I would have rather asked the ambulance to take my son elsewhere seeing we do have a medical aid and we are PAYING their salaries!
