Spec-savers Sa
Paying for someones negligence

Health & Medicine

I went for an eye test on the 26th November 2013 and what I know is that they check if you have suffiecient funds in your medical aid before anything happens. I got the test done and went home. I suprisingly got a call from spec-savers on the 8th January 2014 telling me that I must pay for the eye test because my medical aid had insufficient funds or they will take me to the lawyers and they were rude over the phone. This is not my fault because they should have checked first and then asked me if I'd pay from my own pocket or not. Now I have to pay for someones negligence and I don't have money to pay them.
