Non-payment of Healthy Gear benefit

I am a discovery healthygear user, and have bought Adidas goods at Adidas and Total sports on the basis of the promised 25% cash back. Yet I have not received a cent from them since March, there call centres constantly make It sound like its my fault, yet have admitted that there is issues with there system and have promised to resolve the issues and refund me my dues, yet nothing has happened. The and nonsense need to stop. Where is the money! Make good on your promises, and stop making your system faults my problem!
