Make up your mind!

It's quite disguising when you can't see your normal Doctor especially when He encourages you to come on a Saturday because you are unable to come during the week. I have been sick for the past 2 weeks and enquired when Dr Lombard would be working on a Saturday again, which was today the 25th. During my call in the week prior I asked to make sure I don't need an appointment as was re-assured on Saturdays it's just walk-in. I then get there and am told, sorry but I can't see Dr Lombard as I need an appointment and they won't treat me as a walk in. I find this utterly ridiculous, can you please make up your mind whether appointments are necessary or not and stick to it. I don't see any other Doctor's because of my medical history and condition.
