No refund on Adidas goods purchased

I have sent numerous requests asking for my benefit amount to be refunded after a purchase of Adidas gear and swiping my Healthy Gear card. I have sent my credit card information (which i used for the purchase) as proof and have been told this is not sufficient. The Healthy Gear card was swiped, no question about it. if the card is faulty or the salesmen didnt do something properly, that is not my fault. My healthy gear benefit was acitvated before the purchase was made, and i purchased these products based on the benefits. You manipulate your clients into buying certain brands or products and then dont give them the benefits.

you have the nerve to reply to my mail and say Adidas are usually very reliable, and I should continue to enjoy my benefit. I'm not enjoying my benefit, clowns! there is no benefit.
