Just to underline the poor service

Just to underline the poor service I have been receiving. I am a 3 year Diamond status member and I have never received such service before.

Following up from my last report dated 12 Nov 2013 (https:///discovery-vitality-vitality-mall/complaints/healthygear-cash-back-1245054), I got a response saying that I will be contacted shortly, till today I have not been contacted.

I had called the call centre again on 19 Nov 2013 to find out the status and still I get told that I cannot use HealthyGear in conjunction with the Virgin Active discount as that is what it states in the terms which was read to me.

The term as per HealthyGear:
The HealthyGear benefit cannot be used in conjunction with adidas 3 Stripes
Your cash back cannot be combined with any promotions or discount from the adidas 3-stripes programme. Members must choose in store which discount they want to use for their purchase.

It's pretty clear and I don't even own a 3-stripes card nor does this have anything to do with Virgin Active or Totalsports from what I can see.

Every time I call, a consultant needs to query it with a different department, surely someone knows the terms and conditions at Discovery?
